Returns & Cancellations
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
Returned with original packaging, including jewellery box and pouch
Free from marks, scratches, or signs of wear
For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned, unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at contact.zarie@proton.me within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returns must not be sent to our registered office address.
Returns sent without prior approval or to an unauthorised address may not be accepted.
Our registered office address is used for legal correspondence only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval by email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with UK regulations.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.
Where a fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping costs.
Damage caused by wear, accidental damage, alteration, or misuse is not considered a fault and is not eligible for a free return.
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet our return standards will be returned to the customer.
Quality Assurance
Each ZARIÉ piece is individually quality-checked prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our standards before leaving us.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. Faulty items are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
EU Customers — Consumer Rights Directive
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day cooling-off period by contacting us at contact.zarie@proton.me We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
