We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

UK Express Delivery (if available): typically 1–2 working days after dispatch

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at contact.zarie@proton.me and we’ll do our best to assist.
Claims for lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
